The Institute has a prestigious, well-equipped and spacious Central Library. Library is aimed at catering the needs of the postgraduate students, researchers, public and private sector managers, professionals and academics.
Central Library has open-access facility for the members. It provides lending, reprographic and bibliographic services to the students, faculty and other scholars. The books in the Library are mainly on specialised subjects on Management, Social Welfare, Industrial Safety, Transport, Environment, Energy, Health Services, Economics, Mercantile and Labour Law, Bio-Informatics, Sports and Intellectual Property, etc. The Library subscribes for a good number of foreign as well as Indian periodicals and journals on general and special subjects. A number of books and journals were received as free copies and gifts from the Central and State Government, Embassies, Chamber of Commerce, etc.

Students are eligible to get the facility of photocopying @ 60 paisa per page after producing their Library identity card at the circulation counter. Students can make photocopies of the Library books only.
