Degree awarded by University
of Calcutta & Approved by AICTE
MBA is important because today's dynamic business environment requires graduates
who can effectively handle decisions. Including working with and leading people.
Our faculty is at the center of our efforts to provide a high quality and challenging
educational experience. They are academically prepared in their special field of
management and have professional experience in a variety of work settings. One of
their many strengths is to integrate their professional experience into classroom
learning and include the application of 'theory' to real world situations
The growing complexity of business and the workplace has also led to the creation
of niches within management where special tiers of skills and training are required.
Through teaching we develop responsible, thoughtful leaders and entrepreneurs who
create value for their organizations and their communities.
We encourage diversity in teaching methods with no single school of thought or methodology
predominating; what matters is rigor and impact on management as an academic discipline,
on business practice, and in the classroom.
We partner with the local business community to explore and disseminate management
knowledge; we believe in the role of business as a force for improving people's
lives.
